4G / SIM Card
Only 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB models have the ability to add an optional SIM card. A SIM card is only needed if you wish to use internet/4G on the head unit without a phone hotspot or WiFi connection. All models can connect to hotspot or WiFi without a SIM card.

Important Info Compatibility notes before ordering
Microphone
External microphone is required for handsfree and calls, available separately. The factory microphone in your vehicle, if fitted, is 99% of the time not compatible with an aftermarket head unit, so it will need to be replaced with our microphone.
Offline Maps
Our units come with a GPS receiver. To use offline maps/navigation, download a suitable app such as iGo Navigation from the Play Store onto the unit. You can also use maps through CarPlay, Android Auto, Google Maps or Waze.
Advanced / Amplified Sound Systems
If your vehicle has an advanced sound system such as Bose, Harman Kardon, Rockford Fosgate, JBL, Macintosh or similar with a factory amplifier, you will often require an advanced harness for compatibility.
If your vehicle has advanced audio, factory navigation, factory amplifier, aftermarket speakers, subwoofer or amplifier, please message us prior to ordering to confirm suitability.
Factory USB Ports
Factory USB ports are not retained unless stated otherwise. If you wish to retain factory USB ports, we can supply an additional adapter upon request.
Plug & Play Wiring
Most kits are 100% plug and play, however some vehicles may require a few loose wires to be connected for certain functions. This may include an AMP or ANTENNA power wire. Contact us before ordering if you would like to confirm.
Plug and play does not refer to the reverse camera supplied in the kit. Factory reverse cameras are generally plug and play. The supplied camera requires minor wiring if you choose to use it.
