Christmas Cutoff: Our cutoff time for orders to be delivered before Christmas is 10th December. This allows us plenty of time for processing during the peak period, and also accounts for any courier delays. 

 

Please note that our order processing times are different to shipping times. See below for more info on shipping times. Please allow 3-7 business days  for processing, and dispatch to be arranged. This may be extended during busy Christmas periods, or sale periods. All orders are aimed to be processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We often choose to ship the head unit and the fascia/wiring kits separately, due to the size and weight limits of our chosen courier service. For large fascias, they are shipped seperate to avoid damage in transit. In doing this, we are greatly reducing the shipping cost for the consumer (you), allowing us to offer free shipping. Because of this, short periods of time in the arrival of the two parcels may occur. If you have any queries about this, feel free to contact us at any time.

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide for MOST orders. Bulky or oversized goods may incur an additional fee. Delivery to remote locations may also be charged an additional postage fee.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CJ INDUSTRIES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available, as couriers have to scan it into their system. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please refer to the below shipping times and arrangements for more details. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

When choosing to ship to your P.O. Box, it is your responsibility to ensure you collect your parcel within your local post office's time frame. If the parcel remains uncollected for a duration of time, the post office may choose to send it back to us. If this happens, we will arrange to re-send the parcel to you upon notice or letting us know what has happened. In this situation, it is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if their local post office has returned the parcel (as this is due to the buyer not collecting it in time)

 

Extended transit times 

At times we can experience longer than expected delays or transit times due to worldwide postage and courier delays which are out of our control, border or customs inspections, delays due to the product having to be shipped from an overseas warehouse (products are shipped from one of our warehouse locations directly to the customer), supplier delays, among many more. If there are delays or longer than expected wait times, we ask you to contact us for more information and we will be happy to help. However, refunds or replacements will not be considered until after 30 business days has passed, in which case we deem the parcel 'lost' and will begin the next step (refer to Refunds for non arrivals / non delivered packages ) 

MOST PACKAGES TAKE BETWEEN 5-25 business days to arrive; which is our transit period. After this period, we can begin to investigate if the package has not yet arrived, and will issue a replacement or refund if there is no solution found after 14 business days.

 

OUR SHIPPING METHODS 

For some products, we utilise overseas warehousing to minimise costs for both the consumer and ourselves, while allowing for great priced products at a great quality level. Because of this, longer wait times of up to 5-30 business days (depending on location, and delays) can sometimes be expected. We opt for fastest shipping options, however depending on the supplier and shipping times this can vary. 

We choose the fastest and most economical shipping options suitable for both our customers and us. We elect to ship products directly from our supplier or factory. We do this to reduce shipping cost and shipping times. By purchasing from our store you acknowledge and accept that we use third parties and  warehousing for our products who handle distribution from overseas. 

 

Refunds for non arrivals / non delivered packages 

In the unfortunate & rare circumstance that your package does not arrive, we ask you to contact us to make further arrangements. If the package was lost during transit, and the tracking number remains stationary in transit for up to 7-10 days at a single destination (ie stuck at a local postage centre) we will investigate with the relevant company to determine its whereabouts. It is up to our discretion to decide if we issue a replacement, refund or store credit. Some cases may require a refund, however each case is different.
